This role is crucial in optimizing our product assortment, pricing strategies, and vendor relationships to drive sales and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and customer expectations, even without a formal degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product selection and assortment planning.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable deals.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to buying and merchandising activities.
- Source new products and suppliers to expand our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall customer buying experience.
