C & B Management - Financial Services (Thane)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated C & B Management professional with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role will be instrumental in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
• Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits data for reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to address C&B related queries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
