We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations Executive. This entry-level role is perfect for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-1 years of experience looking to kickstart a career in talent acquisition within the dynamic building materials industry. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent from premier educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with career services departments and student placement committees of target universities and B-schools.

Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and information sessions.

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for various entry-level positions.

Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessment centers, and other selection processes.

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Assist in the offer roll-out process and onboarding of selected candidates.

Support in organizing employer branding activities on campus.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
