We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Campus Relations Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with universities and colleges across India, driving our campus recruitment initiatives, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for fresh talent. This role is crucial in identifying and attracting top graduates to join upGrad and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals through education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy to attract high-caliber talent from target universities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student bodies at various educational institutions.
- Plan and coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, including job fairs, information sessions, and recruitment presentations.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle for campus hires, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align campus recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Organize and facilitate pre-placement talks, workshops, and assessment centers.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on progress and outcomes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and employer branding.
