Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Cashier with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. While typically a cashier role might not require a B.Tech/B.E., we are looking for candidates with a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, which these degrees often foster, to manage our financial transactions with efficiency and accuracy within our dynamic consumer goods environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer transactions using POS systems.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity.
Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to billing and payments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
Assist with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
Apply logical reasoning and data interpretation skills developed through B.Tech/B.E. to identify discrepancies and suggest process improvements.
