HR Business Advisory - Other - Consumer, Retail & Hospitality (Noida) - 2-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Business Advisory professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and have a keen interest in supporting the HR needs of our fast-paced Consumer, Retail & Hospitality business. You will act as a crucial link between HR and business units, providing advisory services to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to line managers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Contribute to employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Support HR data analysis and reporting to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Participate in organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR compliance requirements in India.
- Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., compensation & benefits, L&D) to ensure integrated HR support.
