Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in understanding project briefs and identifying specific talent requirements.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, industry databases, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and alignment with project needs.
- Maintain and update a database of potential talent, categorizing them based on skills, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate with project managers and creative teams to ensure timely fulfillment of talent needs.
- Assist in the negotiation and offer process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent within the media and entertainment landscape relevant to marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to support employer branding initiatives through talent showcases.
