Category Head - Gems & Jewellery (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Category Head with 3-4 years of experience, preferably with a BCA background, to join our esteemed Gems & Jewellery division in Mumbai. The Category Head will be responsible for driving category growth, optimizing product assortment, and enhancing customer experience within the jewellery segment. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and data analysis to make informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and inventory levels for the assigned jewellery categories.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor category performance using data analytics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Optimize online and offline product presentation and customer journey.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of product categories and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
