Channel Management (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Channel Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our distribution channels to drive sales and market penetration for Pidilite's diverse range of building material products. This role is crucial for building strong relationships with channel partners and ensuring effective product availability and visibility in the market. Post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, dealers, retailers) in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing channel partners.
- Provide training and support to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure optimal product availability, inventory management, and visual merchandising at partner outlets.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the channel network.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective channel execution.
