Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Channel Partner / Client Relations professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Noida. This role is crucial in building and nurturing relationships with our channel partners and clients, ensuring seamless communication and driving business growth within the Animation & VFX sector. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of client needs and a proactive approach to fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing channel partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, production, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the relevant internal departments.

Assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance partner engagement and client retention.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on partner and client status, performance, and satisfaction.
