Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - 3-4 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong design thinking background and 3-4 years of experience in financial strategy and operations. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping our financial future, driving growth, and ensuring robust financial health for our rapidly expanding fintech startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision, leveraging design thinking principles to create user-centric financial solutions.

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment portfolios to optimize financial performance and ensure liquidity.

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the board of directors, investors, and senior management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS), and tax laws in India.

Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and guidance.

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Utilize design thinking methodologies to re-imagine financial product development, customer onboarding, and overall user experience from a financial perspective.
