Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate looking to make a significant impact in the legal and compliance functions of a leading advertising and marketing conglomerate. The CLO will provide essential legal support, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations while safeguarding the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, advertising regulations, intellectual property, and other relevant legal matters.
- Support the legal department in ensuring compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
- Help manage corporate governance documentation and filings.
- Provide assistance in dispute resolution and litigation support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes impacting the advertising and marketing industry.
- Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
