CIO - Financial Services Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) with 2-3 years of experience, possessing an MBA/PGDM, to lead our technology vision and execution within the dynamic Indian financial services landscape. The CIO will be responsible for aligning technology strategy with business goals, ensuring robust IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and managing information security to support our growth objectives in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies and roadmaps that support the company's business objectives.
- Oversee the management and enhancement of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging new technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems, complying with relevant financial regulations.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and software solutions to enhance business processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners.
- Provide technical guidance and support to senior management and other departments.
