Civil Engineer - Food Processing (Mangalore) - 1-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for supporting our food processing operations through effective infrastructure management and development. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of various civil engineering aspects within our facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including building construction, site development, and utility installations within the food processing plant.

Ensure all civil works comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and food safety regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP).

Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess structural integrity, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare project documentation, including drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and progress reports.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Support in the maintenance and repair of existing civil infrastructure, including water supply, drainage, and waste management systems.

Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical/food processing plant layouts and requirements to civil engineering designs.
