Cluster / Hub Manager (Coimbatore) - 1-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Cluster / Hub Manager to oversee and optimize operations at our Coimbatore facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities, managing resources effectively, and supporting our teams in delivering exceptional animation and VFX projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Coimbatore hub, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of support staff, including administrative and facilities management.
- Monitor resource allocation and utilization within the hub, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Liaise with project managers and department heads to ensure seamless project support.
- Handle basic logistical arrangements, including scheduling and coordination of internal meetings and events.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for local vendors and service providers.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and providing general support.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
