We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Head to join our team on a contract basis for 1-2 years. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection process to ensure timely payments from clients and students. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong understanding of collection procedures and excellent communication skills to contribute to our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients and students on outstanding payments through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including payment status, communication logs, and any disputes.
Resolve payment-related queries and issues from clients and students in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in preparing collection reports for management review.
Identify and escalate any potential collection risks or problematic accounts to the senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations during the collection process.
