Collections at Corporate

We are seeking a motivated Collections Officer to join our Corporate Banking team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in debt recovery and collections, who possess strong communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of dues from corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact corporate clients regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Liaise with internal legal and recovery teams for escalated cases.
- Monitor client accounts for potential risks and advise management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and company policies.
