Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Community Manager with 0-2 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and growing our online and offline communities, enhancing brand engagement, and supporting our communication efforts within the Ports & Shipping industry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with an M.A. to kickstart their career in a globally recognized organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and engage with online communities across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry forums, internal communication channels).
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase participation and brand advocacy.
Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) relevant to the Ports & Shipping industry for community platforms.
Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and engage with key influencers and stakeholders within the industry.
Assist in organizing and promoting community events, webinars, and online discussions.
Track and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management.
