Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Compensation & Benefits Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will support the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a Master of Science degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
- Support the benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Participate in the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
- Contribute to the development and communication of total rewards statements.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders on compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
