Compliance Trainer (2-4 Yrs) for B.Sc Graduates

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Trainer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of compliance principles within the EdTech/E-Learning sector. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, with a passion for educating others.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training modules for employees, covering topics such as data privacy, intellectual property, and industry-specific regulations.

Stay updated on the latest compliance laws and regulations relevant to the EdTech industry in India and ensure training content reflects these changes.

Design and implement assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with legal, HR, and other departments to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.

Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related queries and issues.

Assist in the development and implementation of new compliance policies and procedures.
