Concierge - Gems & Jewellery Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Concierge to join our dynamic team. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our esteemed clients, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience, a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, and a passion for the gems and jewellery industry. You will act as a primary point of contact, coordinating services and resolving client needs with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage client appointments, schedules, and reservations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate with various departments (sales, design, production) to fulfill client requests and inquiries.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist with event coordination, client gifting, and special requests.
- Maintain client records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Proactively identify and address potential client issues, offering solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and current promotions to effectively advise clients.
- Support the sales team by facilitating client interactions and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism at all times.
