Construction Safety - 2-3 Yrs (Ludhiana)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Construction Safety Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will possess a M.Tech degree in a relevant field and be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols during construction projects within our beverage manufacturing facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all regulatory safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety plans and procedures for all construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, Indian Factory Act).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and toolbox talks to construction workers and site personnel.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and reports as required.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
- Monitor environmental safety aspects related to construction sites.
- Stay updated with the latest safety standards, technologies, and best practices in construction safety.
