We are seeking a diligent and reliable Contract Spot Boy with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, supporting various operational and administrative tasks within our banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Support the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms for internal and external events.
- Handle the distribution and collection of mail, documents, and packages within the branch.
- Assist with basic office errands, such as delivering documents to other departments or external locations.
- Provide general support to administrative staff as and when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and report low stock levels.
