Corporate Development Manager (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Development Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a strong understanding of corporate strategy, market analysis, and business development within the printing and publishing sector. This role is crucial for identifying and executing strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential strategic partnerships within the printing and publishing industry.

Support the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures by gathering and analyzing financial and operational data.

Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, including market entry strategies and expansion initiatives.

Prepare financial models and valuation analyses for potential deals and strategic projects.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to ensure successful deal execution and integration.
