Crane Operator (2-3 Yrs) - Architecture / Interior Design

We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Crane Operator with 2-3 years of experience to join our construction team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a strong understanding of operational procedures. This role is crucial for the smooth execution of construction and interior fit-out projects within the Architecture and Interior Design sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various types of cranes (e.g., tower cranes, mobile cranes) safely and efficiently to lift and move materials, equipment, and structural components at construction sites.

Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.

Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other workers to understand lifting requirements and ensure precise placement of loads.

Interpret load charts and technical specifications to determine safe lifting capacities and operating procedures.

Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, including hours of operation, maintenance performed, and any incidents.

Assist in the planning and execution of complex lifting operations.

Ensure all activities comply with project timelines and quality standards.
