Senior Head - Quality - Architecture / Interior Design

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Head - Quality with 1-2 years of experience to join our Chennai office. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all our architecture and interior design projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and a passion for meticulous execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans for interior design and architectural projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and HOK's quality standards.
- Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and contractors to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material submittals, for quality assurance.
- Monitor and report on project quality performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality management within the architecture and interior design fields.
- Train and mentor junior team members on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
