Crane Operator (2-4 Yrs) at TCPL Packaging Limited

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Crane Operator with 2-4 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating overhead cranes and other lifting equipment to move materials within our printing and publishing facility. While the primary role focuses on material handling, a background with an M.Des degree suggests a candidate with a keen eye for detail, an understanding of material flow, and the ability to contribute to process optimization within a design-conscious manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to lift, move, and position raw materials, finished goods, and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on all equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Read and interpret load charts, weight specifications, and operational manuals.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient movement of materials.
- Identify potential hazards and take immediate corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance, and material movement.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, leveraging an M.Des perspective to enhance workflow efficiency and safety.
