Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Credit Risk Analyst with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a career in credit risk management within the dynamic Ports & Shipping industry. You will support the assessment and mitigation of credit risks associated with our clients and partners, ensuring the financial health and stability of DP World India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of financial statements and creditworthiness of potential and existing clients and counterparties.
- Support the review of legal and contractual agreements to identify and assess credit-related risks.
- Conduct legal research on relevant regulations and compliance requirements impacting credit risk in the Indian shipping and logistics sector.
- Help in preparing credit proposals, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Monitor the credit exposure of counterparties and identify potential areas of concern.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and commercial teams to ensure robust credit risk management practices.
- Maintain and update credit risk databases and documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures.
