Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a postgraduate degree to join our team as a Crime / Arbitration - Other professional. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of dispute resolution and legal process management within our Business Process Management operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the investigation and documentation of potential legal disputes and arbitration cases.
* Support the arbitration team in gathering evidence, preparing case files, and liaising with legal counsel.
* Conduct preliminary research on legal frameworks related to crime and arbitration in relevant jurisdictions.
* Maintain accurate records and databases of case-related information.
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties involved in dispute resolution processes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the legal and compliance support functions.
* Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management.
