Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CRM Architect to join our dynamic team at Vee Technologies in Ludhiana. This role is crucial in designing, developing, and implementing robust CRM solutions that align with our business objectives within the BPO and Call Centre sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of CRM systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) tailored for BPO operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain CRM data models, workflows, and automation processes.
- Integrate CRM systems with other business applications and data sources.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the CRM environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM-related issues.
