Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced CSR Head with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a M.Pharma degree and a passion for driving impactful corporate social responsibility initiatives within the petrochemical and plastics industry. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing CSR strategies aligned with company values and national priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies and programs in alignment with RIL's sustainability goals and national CSR guidelines.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including NGOs, community leaders, government agencies, and internal departments, to foster collaborative CSR projects.
- Oversee the execution of CSR projects focusing on areas such as healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, and rural development, with a potential emphasis on pharmaceutical access and health awareness given the M.Pharma background.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely project completion.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging CSR trends and best practices, particularly within the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Prepare CSR reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external audiences.
- Foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization through employee engagement programs.
