Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and socially conscious CSR Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma background to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with our company's values and contribute positively to the community, with a specific focus on health and well-being programs relevant to our M.Pharma expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of CSR strategies and projects, particularly those related to public health, sanitation, and community development.
- Conduct research and needs assessments to identify key social issues and potential impact areas within the local community.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external NGOs/partners to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, collecting data and preparing reports on outcomes and learnings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements in India.
- Leverage M.Pharma knowledge to propose and support health-related CSR initiatives, such as health camps, awareness programs, or access to medicines.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Communicate CSR activities and achievements to internal and external audiences.
