We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CSR & Sustainability Associate. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BCA degree looking to gain experience in corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives within the dynamic Animation & VFX industry. You will support the development and implementation of programs that align with our company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting and impact assessments.
- Support the organization and execution of community outreach and employee engagement programs.
- Research industry best practices and emerging trends in CSR and sustainability.
- Help in creating communication materials related to CSR and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain records and documentation for various projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations.
- Provide administrative support for CSR & Sustainability department activities.
