CSR & Sustainability - Other (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven CSR & Sustainability professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a B.A. degree and a strong understanding of corporate social responsibility principles and sustainability initiatives. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing our CSR and sustainability programs, contributing to our company's positive social and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of the company's CSR strategy and action plans.
- Conduct research on relevant social and environmental issues and identify potential areas for impact.
- Coordinate and manage CSR projects, including community engagement, environmental conservation, and employee volunteering programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, collect data, and prepare reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, community leaders, and government agencies.
- Support the creation of sustainability reports and communication materials.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in CSR and sustainability.
- Contribute to building a culture of sustainability within the organization.
