Customer Success Associate - Auto Components (Guwahati)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Success Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Guwahati. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our auto components, fostering strong relationships, and driving customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management (BBA/BBM) and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their needs and ensuring successful adoption and utilization of our products.

Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn and drive retention.

Develop and deliver regular business reviews with customers to showcase value, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and gather feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support) to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Onboard new customers, providing training and resources to ensure a smooth transition and quick time-to-value.

Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and playbooks.

Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
