Cyber Security Analyst (2-3 Yrs) at Reliance Retail Ventures Limited

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Cyber Security Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing security team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles. You will play a crucial role in protecting our digital assets, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to security incidents to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and events from various security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection).
- Assist in the investigation and remediation of security incidents and breaches.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on internal and external systems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls and policies.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into system design and deployment.
- Document security procedures, incidents, and findings.
