Data Entry / MIS - Financial Services (Mumbai) - 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry / MIS professional with an M.Pharma background to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and analyzing data to support our financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of data integrity and the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. While the primary focus is on data management, the M.Pharma qualification will be leveraged for understanding and managing data related to pharmaceutical clients or specific financial products where such expertise is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update various types of data into the company's MIS and other databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular checks and validation processes.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for management and other departments, analyzing trends and identifying discrepancies.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring that information is current and readily accessible.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with different teams to gather data requirements and ensure timely delivery of information.
- Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to interpret and manage data related to the pharmaceutical sector or related financial instruments, if applicable.
- Perform data cleansing and de-duplication activities.
- Support in data migration projects as and when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data.
