We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Database Administrator with 1-2 years of experience to join our IT team at Navneet Education Limited in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a foundational understanding of database management principles. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity, performance, and security of our company's databases, supporting our extensive operations in the printing and publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of database servers.

Perform routine database maintenance tasks, including backups, recovery, and integrity checks.

Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system operation.

Implement and maintain database security measures to protect sensitive data.

Support application development teams by providing database access and assisting with query optimization.

Document database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Participate in on-call rotation for database support as needed.
