Debt Recovery Agent (0-2 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Debt Recovery Agent with an M.Tech degree to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to apply their technical and problem-solving skills in a challenging environment within the gems and jewellery industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting debtors via phone, email, or in person to discuss outstanding payments.

Negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors.

Investigating the reasons for non-payment and identifying potential solutions.

Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and debtor communications.

Utilizing analytical skills to assess debtor financial situations and recovery likelihood.

Collaborating with legal and finance departments on escalated cases.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.

Preparing regular reports on collection progress and outstanding debt.
