Department / Floor Manager Careers in Mangalore

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Department / Floor Manager to oversee operations and lead a team within our Mangalore facility. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the BPM industry and possess a postgraduate degree. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving team performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
