Department / Floor Manager - Corporate (Vishakhapatnam) - 1-2 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Department / Floor Manager to oversee daily operations within our Vishakhapatnam corporate facility. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Sc degree, looking to grow in the dynamic Gems & Jewellery industry. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and managing a team to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific department or floor, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, including receiving and dispatching goods.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise on the floor.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance to senior management.
