We are seeking a motivated and creative Design Team Lead with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who possesses a strong understanding of design principles and project management. You will lead a small team of designers, ensuring the successful execution of design projects from concept to completion. You will also play a key role in client communication and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Manage design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Translate client briefs into creative design concepts and strategies.
Oversee the design process, from initial ideation and wireframing to final asset creation.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
