Job Description

Role Summary: Seeking a motivated Desktop Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our IT team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop hardware and software to ensure seamless operations within our investment banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and standard office applications.

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.

Assist in the deployment and management of new hardware and software.

Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.

Collaborate with senior IT staff on various projects and initiatives.
