Role Summary:

This role involves performing various molecular tests, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the efficient operation of the diagnostic laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine diagnostic molecular assays and experiments following established protocols.
- Prepare samples and reagents for molecular testing, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as PCR machines, sequencers, and centrifuges.
- Accurately record and document all experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Troubleshoot experimental issues and identify potential sources of error.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and laboratory SOPs.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Assist in the validation of new assays and technologies.
