Director - Program Management - BPM

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a Director - Program Management. This entry-level role is designed for recent Master of Design (M.Des) graduates who are passionate about driving impactful programs and projects within the Business Process Management (BPM) domain. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable program plans, focusing on design thinking and user-centric approaches to enhance our service offerings and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of BPM programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Apply design thinking principles to identify opportunities for process improvement and service innovation.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform program strategies and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Support the development of program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creative problem-solving.
- Analyze program data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend adjustments.
- Gain exposure to various BPM methodologies and tools, contributing to their effective implementation.
- Support the communication of program updates to stakeholders at various levels.
