Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Dispatch Executive / Officer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all dispatch operations, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods while adhering to company policies and safety standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch activities, including loading and unloading of goods.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all outgoing shipments (e.g., challans, invoices, delivery notes).
- Liaise with transportation partners to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring optimal routes and timely arrivals.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to reconcile with dispatch logs.
- Inspect goods before dispatch to ensure they are properly packaged, labeled, and free from damage.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatches promptly.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
