Dispatch Executive / Officer - Gems & Jewellery (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive / Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be a recent B.Com graduate with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics, eager to contribute to the smooth functioning of our dispatch operations within the vibrant Gems & Jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the efficient dispatch of jewellery orders to various destinations, ensuring timely delivery.

Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments against order details, including quantity, quality, and specifications.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update the dispatch log with all relevant shipment information.

Prepare and process all necessary dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, and shipping labels.

Liaise with logistics partners and transporters to ensure smooth transit and resolve any delivery-related issues.

Assist in conducting regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to dispatch and inventory management.

Support the warehouse and logistics team in other operational tasks as required.
