Doctor - Other (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Doctor - Other with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and maintaining optimal operational hygiene within our beverage manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a keen interest in applying their technical knowledge to health and safety protocols in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
• Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections of the plant and premises.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical response as needed.
• Monitor employee health and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams on employee wellness initiatives and health education.
• Maintain accurate records of medical treatments, incidents, and health surveillance.
• Support in risk assessments related to health and safety in the manufacturing environment.
