Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional for a Downstream - Other role within our Finance and Accounts department. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for various downstream financial operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of our financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as per the company's requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for daily tasks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
