Draughtsman - Corporate (Indore)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Draughtsman with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate team in Indore. This role is crucial for supporting our design and production departments by creating precise technical drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and have a foundational understanding of business processes within the gems and jewellery industry, which will aid in understanding the commercial aspects of design and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for jewellery designs using CAD software.
- Translate design concepts and specifications into accurate, production-ready drawings.
- Maintain and organize drawing archives, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to clarify design intent and resolve technical queries.
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and other production-related documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company specifications.
- Support the commercial team by providing technical insights that impact costings and timelines.
- Review and update existing drawings as per product modifications or feedback.
